This assessment is geared towards documenting migrant experiences from a rights-based perspective. More specifically, it considers how existing labour regulations and other related institutions, such as laws relating to foreign employment, employment brokers, passport and visa rules, affect the experiences of migration in Nepal as well as destination countries (ongoing).
