Through analysis of 15,340 cases of 22,148 of individual migrant workers registered at Pravasi Nepali Coordination Committee (PNCC) during the period between 2014 and 2022, this study identifies the situation of the process of recruitment of Nepali migrant workers, decent work in the country of destination, and the challenges and issues they face during the migration process. The study utilised both quantitative and qualitative methods consisting of analysis of service data and narratives of migrants and their families, and reviews of literature.
